Overview

ListingFix helps merchants review and improve Shopify product listings with scans, structured recommendations, and AI-assisted content suggestions. It is designed for product listing quality work, not for customer payment handling or unrelated store operations.

Data We Access

To provide listing scans and recommendations, ListingFix may access product-related store data such as:

• product titles
• product descriptions
• tags
• product type
• variants
• SEO fields
• store or shop domain

ListingFix uses this information only for app functionality related to listing audits, suggestions, and merchant-selected updates.

How Data Is Used

ListingFix may use product listing data to:

• run scans and audits across product listings
• generate recommendations for clearer, stronger listings
• prepare AI-assisted title, description, tag, or SEO suggestions
• apply selected changes back to Shopify when the merchant chooses to do so

We use accessed listing content to provide the requested functionality and to support the operation and improvement of the app.

AI and OpenAI Processing

Some ListingFix features use AI suggestions. When a merchant requests those features, selected product listing content may be sent to OpenAI in order to generate suggested improvements.

This may include product titles, descriptions, tags, product type, variants, and SEO-related content that the feature needs in order to produce a useful suggestion. The content is sent only for the requested generation task.

Merchant Control

Merchants control when changes are applied. ListingFix may present scans, audit results, and AI suggestions, but the merchant decides whether to accept or publish any updates back to Shopify.

What We Do Not Access

• ListingFix does not sell merchant data.
• ListingFix does not access customer payment data.
• ListingFix is focused on product listing quality and related store content workflows.
